Goofs

During the first transformation scene to Helen, we see Richard taking a drink, his fingernails grow to a feminine length and his arm hair shrinks. A second later, he placed his hands on his legs as his genitals transform from male to female, yet he has short nails again. A few moments later, he has long nails again.

When Richard first grows breasts, he rips open his shirt. A bra he wears in a wide shot vanishes in the close-up of the mirror.

In several scenes we see Richard walking into a room wearing women's clothing having just transformed back from Helen. None of the clothes in any of the scenes have torn or been even slightly stretched, a seeming impossibility given the difference in size between Richard and Helen.
