I loved the film in every moment. I just started watching it several minutes after it started but it didn't care for me because in the same time I began seeing it, it looked wonderful. I have to say I though it was going to be like any other childhood film with the hard beginning but with a simple happy ending, but all the troubles coming out of it, the sacrifice and the love of the water of that young girl, all the problems she must face in the school just because of her handicap and having to bear the mockery of her school-partners, the love her parents show to her and how much they care for her vocation, her constant dream to run the great race, her friendship with the other characters made it all different, until the very end, the most beautiful and grateful part of the movie, especially talking about the last dialogue, when you know that "you cant leave marks in the water" and finally they all hug each other and the scene is frozen...
That was a real hard drama with a long-looked for, worked-for, but also nice and lovely happy ending.
