In the scene when the two cops have dollar bills henchman pulled over with the flat tire they later tell them that there gonna take them down to the station to see if they had warrants this was the year 1998 so labtops and computers had not been installed in police cruisers yet but radios that officers carried were essential in the field for finding out info on suspects so driving individuals down to the precinct to do warrant checks is almost laughable..
