The doctor explains that the twins had to be separated with a minor operation and that both babies have a reflex action, which means that "what happens with one baby might be felt and reflected by another" depending on the proximity between them.
Ratan escapes after his operation and takes one of the twins with him as hostage, injuring Geeta. Malhotra goes after him, but unable to find his son, shoots escaping Ratan to stop him dead. It is clear that even though Vidyarthi is the senior inspector, he cannot function without Guru's guidance, who is his partner and constant companion.
At the airport, Prem finds Roopa (Rambha), daughter of Sundari Batwani (Bindu), the organizer of his public shows in India. Roopa is rooted to her Indian cultural background and dresses appropriately, despite Sundari pushing her to dress more provocatively to lure the US based Prem. Tiger, again to get his revenge from Raja, sends his henchman named Tommy (Shashi Kiran) as the groom of Neelam, but Raja finds out his plan and marries his sister to somebody else. The court announces the death sentence to Tiger for the murder of Inspector he shot earlier. Meanwhile Malhotra returns from the US and wants to marry Prem and Mala.
