First directorial effort of comedian-actor Alain Chabat.
When Jean-Pierre Costa (Jean-Pierre Bacri) introduces Didier (Alain Chabat) transformed as a soccer player to the club owners, he presents him as Hazanavicius, which is a reference to Michel Hazanavicius, director of The Artist, who used to work with Chabat in the infamous french show Les Nuls. Hazanavicius plays the soccer player who gets injured in the first part of the movie.
