A film deserving be loved. For actors and for storytelling, first. For mature love gentle sweet perspective. For dialogue and fine humor, not last.
Two people together in intention to conquer their partners of life who are lovers. A civilisation clash between an English woman and an italian man has high potentiol for a nice comedy. And, indeed, Cin cin is a beautiful comedy. But, more important, it is a real well and wise crafted one.
For themes and for interesting to seductive manner to use and explore them.
For a sort of bitter - sweet dialogue with audience, telling, in proper terms, a story not exactly unfamiliar.
Sure, a film with Julie Andrews and Marcelo Mastroianni has no chance to be a bad one.
But, in this case, it is just a beautiful one.
