Goofs

After Bernard and Josephus leave the cinema, they end up in a cafe where Josephus drinks 10 milkshakes simultaneously. He completely empties every glass, yet in subsequent shots, and when the waitress collects the empty glasses, each glass contains some liquid.

While Bernard and Josephus are discussing Jesus, they gather a drink each and sit down. They toast Jesus, and touch their cups together, which are almost full. Josephus goes to take a drink after the toast, and the amount of liquid in his cup is noticeably less.

The film Bernard and Josephus see at the cinema is "Terminator 2: Judgement Day". When Bernard and Josephus discuss the film, afterwards. Josephus mentions Arnold Schwarzenegger battling extra-terrestrials. "T2" has extra-terrestrials; the film is about time-traveling robots, one of which Schwarzenegger plays in the film.

When Josephus takes Bernard flying on his magic carpet for the first time, he says "The real skill is in the landing". Supposedly they crash-land in a back alley full of bins and rubbish, creating a huge mess. However, the prop-explosion that blows up all the bins is visible because they are all neatly stacked at the first moment when the camera shot shows the alley where they "landed".

Josephus returning back to his own time just before The Wizard imprisoned him in the lamp and made him a genie and offering The Wizard a toaster would had changed history, Josephus would had gone down in history as the inventor of the toaster and The Wizard would not have made him a genie and would had created a paradox and an alternate reality.

Josephus is shocked to hear that Julius Caesar and Marcus Brutus are both dead, but he also claims to have been a friend of Jesus Christ. However, Caesar and Brutus both died over 40 years before Jesus is said to have been born.
