A 2007 poll of Egyptian critics taken by Al-Ahram newspaper listed The Terrorism and the Kebab (1992) as No. 15 on the 15 best Egyptian films of all time.

Goofs
The police already had a (mistaken) description of the terrorists through the child who delivered the radio, and would have arrested Rashad upon exiting the building due to him being the only one matching the description. Also, many people (including some security guards) saw Ahmed (the real terrorist) and fled before the standoff began, and thus the police would have had a description of him too.

A Good Movie!

This is one of Imam's greatest and daring films! I think it's his blockbuster of the 90s! It's facing the wrong doings and negatives of the Egyptian government in a comedian/drama directed by the brilliant Sherif Arafa and written by Waheed Hamed. The soundtrack is pretty cool too, composed by Modi El-Imam.

This is what I call a good movie!
