The very next shot of the same scene (firefight on the staircase in the first act of the film) features French (Hays) lobbing a flower pot at the incoming soldiers, but the bullet holes on the wall behind him, which were there in the previous shot, are now missing.
After Peter Weller and Robert Hayes jump off the top floor and onto the back of a parked truck. We got a shot of the truck pulling away and it's clearly a Mercedes truck with there symbol on the grill. Every shot of the truck after this it is a completely different truck with a different design and the symbol missing.
Whilst Wyer (Peter Weller) and French (Robert Hays) are ascending the staircase in the dictator's mansion (circa the 15-minute mark), French topples a plinth with a bust on top of several pursuing soldiers. As he does it, bullet holes appear in the wall above him, but no fire can be heard.
