The highly anticipated “Sonic the Hedgehog” TV series spinoff, “Knuckles,” is here and it includes a smashingly great cast that’s ready to hit you with your favorite Sega characters.

The six-episode live-action series made its premiere on Friday, April 26. According to Paramount+, the series “follows Knuckles (Idris Elba) on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade (Adam Pally) as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior.” The show takes place between the films “Sonic the Hedgehog 2” and “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” and was made by many of the same people involved in the films.

The series was created for television by John Whittington and Toby Ascher, who also serve as showrunners during production.

Los Angeles, May 28 (Ians) Hollywood actress Alicia Silverstone recently remembered a day when she apparently was less than impressed with having to do a photoshoot.

The ‘Clueless’ star, 46, shared a hilarious picture to Instagram, taken from a 1990s shoot that she admittedly wasn’t really feeling, reports People magazine.

She captioned the picture: “I wish I could say I was giving baddie energy here (is that what the kids say today!?) but if I’m being honest, I think I just was over this photoshoot. Who knows.”

The image featured the actress, seemingly during her teenage years, as she squatted in front of a camera and posed in front of a brick wall.

As per People, the pose was of her looking a little “over” the whole thing, as she rocked a leather jacket, combat boots and a pair of blue jeans.

She told The Hollywood Reporter: “When ‘Clueless’ came out, it really shifted. I had been the girl from ‘Crush’, then I was the Aerosmith chick, and then, after that, I was Cher. It was very complicated and I don’t think I knew how to manage it: I didn’t have the foundation, the good tools to deal with it, I wasn’t prepared for it in any way, shape, or form. I really had no idea what was happening, and it didn’t feel comfortable.

Factory TV service, Scream Factory TV will offer horror films, thrillers and science-fiction films, with a particular focus on cult classics. Alicia Silverstone, “The Crush” Before she was “Clueless” as Cher, Silverstone made her feature film debut in this tawdry thriller as a 14-year-old who goes ballistic on a journalist (Cary Elwes) after he refuses her sexual advances. Word to the wise: Don’t cross Alicia. I had seen and enjoyed The Crush before viewing Scream Factory’s new Blu-ray release of the film, but this movie was released in 1993, which is three years before I graduated high school. This means that I was around 14 years old, which is the same age as Alicia Silverstone’s character in the movie. I’m going to assume that because of this, a lot of the creep factor was lost on me. That I know of, I haven’t seen it since it hit home video, so this would be my first time viewing it as an adult. And wow, does that age difference matter. The first time I saw it, I just liked it. It was a well made movie, I liked the actors, and the story was engaging. However, as a 38-year-old man, I found myself screaming at the TV. “No! Don’t walk down there and talk to her!

Well, genre fans, we only have four home entertainment releases coming our way this Tuesday, but as the saying goes, they are quality over quantity.

Scream Factory is releasing the ’90s thriller The Crush on Blu-ray this week and we also have two great recent films to look forward to as well: The Wave and Midnight Special. Rounding out this Tuesday’s Blu-ray and DVD offerings is Bayview Entertainment’s DVD release of the ’80s cult classic, Biohazard.

What a year 1993 was. It saw the release of Star Fox on the Super Nintendo. Bill Clinton became president. Season three of Deep Space Nine premiered on Us television. UK politician Douglas Hurd visited Argentina. Cyndi Lauper released her album Hat Full Of Stars.

Aside from those earth shattering events, we'll probably remember 1993, in cinema terms, as the year Jurassic Park dominated the box office like an angry Tyrannosaurus. A true phenomenon, its profits doubled those of the second most watched film in 1993 cinemas, Mrs Doubtfire, and almost three times as much as the movie below that - the Harrison Ford thriller, The Fugitive.

But as ever, there was so much more to the 1993 movie landscape than dinosaurs and Robin Williams dressed as an old woman.
