A fictional town called Wellsville. It was filmed entirely in New Jersey, however the name of the state the Pete brothers live in is ambigious. Though there are several states that do have atleast one town name Wellsville.
Season 3 was originally scheduled for release back in February 28, 2006. However Dreamworks and Paramount had combined and due to this, the third season was removed from Paramount's schedule.
