After getting shot and showing the audience the bandage, the wound and stating that there was an exit wound, Kuff is soon dancing around his late brother's apartment with his shirt off and no wound.
Ted reloads his pistol twice when he is about to give Kuffs cover fire.
In the scene where Kuffs is trying to convince Ted to go to the Chinese laundry with him, the position of Ted's hands on the window shades changes between shots from Ted's perspective to Kuffs' perspective.
When Kuffs and Bukovsky get in the car to pursue Kane, Bukovsky puts the police light on the roof on the car from the passenger seat but in the next scene they drive off and the light is on the drivers side.
George leaves a tube of toothpaste on the hall tree in his apartment right before he answers the door. In the reverse shot, the toothpaste tube is gone.
When Kuffs is running and Ted is laying down cover fire, you can see that the gun is empty.
When George is tied to the chair and tries to yell at Ted that there is a bomb, he could obviously remove the tape of his mouth with his hand but doesn't.
