Trivia
Although networks loved the pilot episode, executives feared there were just too many children in the cast. Thus, the character of Nina played by Heather McAdam was written out of the series by having her reunited with her birth mother.

Goofs
Though the series is set in the year 1961, much of the clothes and accessories worn by the characters are clearly from the 1980s.

I Love this series

This show was great - i was 7 when it aired and i used to learn the songs and bug my parents with it. The girls all had problems that i could relate to, so i enjoyed it.I managed to record all the episodes and im so glad others remember it to.If you get a chance to watch it please do!! it is one of the better series that the 80s had to offer!
