Roddy McDowall in GoBots: Battle of the Rock Lords (1986)

Trivia

GoBots: Battle of the Rock Lords

Edit
Arthur Burghardt, who voiced Turbo, had to step in as the voice of Cop-Tur due to the unfortunate death of Bob Holt, who originally voiced the character.
Based on the Japanese toy "Machine Robo".
Like other cartoons that had movies made, the "Gobots" movie was a box office flop.
For the design of the Rock Lords. Hannah-Barbara taken a lesson from the G1 Transformers series, and refined the look of the toy figures humanoid shape for their animated forms. With many of the characters not resembling their toy counterparts. Most notably, was how the female Rock Lord Solitare, was given a more feminine form, as opposed to the original toy's more masculine Diamond Man figure of the Bandai Toy line.
The Rock Lords would be prominently featured in the halfway point of the anime series Machine Robo; Revenge of Cronos. But unlike the Gobots movie, their look would resemble the toy figures, rather than be film's refined character styles.
