Growing up as a kids during the 80's during Saturday mornings on various networks mostly in syndication "The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show" was always a staple and part of my viewing life. As the cartoons were always bright and funny and a pleasure to watch as it featured Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Road Runner, Porky Pig and most all of the classic Warner Brothers Tune cartoon characters. The shows were always fun with excitement, entertainment, and would make you laugh and many were action packed chases. Plenty of forms and different titles of "Bugs Bunny shows" aired over the years however this is the one I most remember as it was young fun entertainment that helped get me thru Saturday mornings!
When this show was on I watched it every time I could! I thought that the characters were really funny and all had great personalities. The animation in My opinion was crisp, clean, and really clear. Not to mention beautiful! Most of the characters in this show are hilarious Looney Tunes characters that we all love. in My opinion these characters are the funnies and talented ever seen. In fact, The things that goes on in this series' cartoons are in My opinion nuts which that is what makes them hilarious! There are so many to like and laugh at and the silly things they do! If you like the original Looney Tunes then I strongly recommend that you watch this show!

I, myself am a kid at heart, meaning I love watching cartoons, still do! I remember watching Bugs Bunny when I was a kid, he was my favourite still is. I thought man, this was a great "new" show on TV, and than my dad said, "Bugs Bunny, I remember watching him when I was younger" and I'm like, "Dad, Bugs didn't exist when you were younger". So I guess he's definitely pleased more than one generation, possibly 3. I love the show it's great for kids and adults, OK, everybody. It's very funny, me and my husband, both in our 20s, love watching the shows, and we don't mind the re-runs either. This show brings back a lot of memories, happy ones. I love the Christmas special too with Tweety as Tiny Tim, it's cute. I can't pick my favourite Looney Toons character, because they've changed over the years. When I was little it was Bugs of course, and Porky Pig. Pepe is cool, I always loved him. Actually, I have to say there all my favourite. I'm giving this show a 10 out of 10, because it's a great show for all ages, very funny, voice acting is incredible, the only flaw is that unfortunately it came to an end, 2 decades ago, but the re-runs are great!

After so many years as America's #1 top boxoffice superstar for most of the decade, the wabbit made his move to television and it was there that he dominated Saturday Morning TV for an impressive and incredible 36 years until he made his final appearance from Saturday Morning TV in 1997. The rabbit still had the laughs, and he brought along all his favorite Warner Bors.characters like Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Sylvester & Tweety, and also fellow sidekick Daffy Duck. It was there that his show was #1 throughout three impressive decades and this is what made Bugs Bunny an American institution to this day. It started out as "The Bugs Bunny Show" on ABC,then it went to CBS during the 70's and 80's as "The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour",and then "The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show"(which ran for two hours),and then on to NBC as "The Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck Show",and in the last decade back to ABC as "The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Hour",and so forth. Bugs' show will live on in reruns on Cartoon Network, but Bugs has beaten out the competition(including one Disney character who you will never see on Saturday Mornings besides Donald Duck),and is still America's favorite rabbit. Still brings out the kid in all of us.
Coming from reviewing a Disney product, we go to their rivals at Warner Brothers. This was the last series shown on Saturday morning network T.V. The series of great cinema shorts featuring the Looney Tunes ended on ABC. This interation featured the best of Bugs Bunny, Sylvester and Tweety, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer/Yosemite Sam/Tazmanian Devil vs. Bugs, Daffy Duck, and many others. The only flaw is that any gun play, racial humour or "extreme slapstick" violence was cut out, so some of the cartoons are noticeably edited. Still, you'll see all the classics, voiced by Mel Blanc and have a ball. Shown in Canada on Teletoon!
BTW, I still get a laugh from the fact that ABC would air the Christmas-themed cartoons in July. Hilarious.
