Update: Since revealing that the Witchboard 2 Blu-ray release was postponed indefinitely, Kevin S. Tenney also took to his Facebook account to confirm that a Blu-ray release for the 1995 film Witchboard III: The Possession is caught in the same sad situation. In fact, it’s even sadder that a Blu-ray release of Witchboard III has been postponed indefinitely, because this would have been the first time the movie was ever released on Blu-ray. This one would have featured an on-camera interview with lead actress Elizabeth Lambert, who was credited on the film as Locky Lambert. These Blu-rays were meant to be part of a Witchboard Blu-ray bundle, much like the Night of the Demons Blu-ray bundle that was released by Scream Factory a while back. Hopefully we’ll get to see this release happen someday… but for now, we can only wait and hope.

Jim Ladd, the longtime Los Angeles FM deejay known as “The Lonesome L.A. Cowboy” who had hosted a SiriusXM show for 12 years and was the inspiration for Tom Petty’s album The Last DJ, died early Sunday morning of a heart attack at his L.A. home. He was 75.

His death was announced today by fellow veteran DJ Meg Griffin, who hosted Ladd’s SiriusXM Deep Tracks show in his place today. Griffin said his wife Helene Lodge-Ladd had asked her to announce the news at the start of his show that aired live weekdays from 2-6 p.m. Pt. It was Ladd’s first national program.

Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on Friends, has died. He was 54.

The actor was found unconscious late this afternoon at his L.A. home by first responders who were unable to revive him, law enforcement sources told Deadline.

Perry’s death is considered an ongoing investigation, we hear.

Throughout his career, Perry struggled with addiction, which he detailed in his memoir “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” published last year.

“I really lived life to its fullest and that got me in trouble from time to time,” he said in a US Weekly interview several years ago.

Perry made his television debut in 1979 on an episode of 240-Robert. Marc Gilpin was born in Austin, Texas on September 26, 1966. His acting career started soon after, as he landed a role in a nationwide commercial for Exxon when he was just four years old. After answering a casting call, Gilpin beat out hundreds of other boys to get hired as Sean Brody in the 1978 sequel to the blockbuster Jaws (1975), directed by Steven Spielberg. He was 11 when the movie reached theaters.

Jaws 2 was directed by Jeannot Szwarc. Lorraine Gary returned as Chief Brody’s wife, but their sons, Michael and Sean, portrayed by Chris Rebello and Jay Mello in the original, were replaced by Mark Gruner and Gilpin in the second film.

A year later, Gilpin guest-starred on NBC’s CHiPs and appeared with his younger sister, April, on ABC’s Fantasy Island. In 1981, he was in the films The Legend of the Long Ranger and Earthbound.

Seasons three through six of Friends had some of Chandler Bing’s funniest and most character-defining moments. There he is handcuffed, without pants, to a filing cabinet; remaining in “time out” in a box for nearly a full episode; hooking up with—and later marrying—Monica…We all remember them fondly. Popular mystery novelist Mary Higgins Clark died of natural causes in Naples, Florida, on Friday March 31, according to the New York Times.

"It is with deep sadness we say goodbye to the 'Queen of Suspense' Mary Higgins Clark, author of over 40 bestselling suspense titles," her publisher Simon & Schuster announced on Twitter. "She passed away peacefully this evening at the age of 92 surrounded by family and friends."

Higgins Clark was a widow in her late 30s with five children to support when her she published her first book. She would go on to write 56 best sellers, including Loves Music, Loves to Dance and Daddy's Little Girl, in a career spanning over 45 years. Lohan reportedly ripped the glittering Theia gown she wore to the Feb. 6 amfAR gala in New York City, according to Us Weekly. The actress allegedly tore the $1,750 dress in half after it ripped, and she returned it in tatters.

"She said that the dress had ripped [at a club after the fundraiser] -- she couldn't possibly wear it like that -- so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress," a source told Us Weekly. "She turned it into a mullet! Only a fashiony person would do that! She's out of control and behaving really badly."

Gavin Doyle, Lindsay Lohan's personal assistant, is speaking out about the troubled starlet in the wake of her Thursday morning arrest for alleged assault.

A source confirms to Et that three members of the music group The Wanted went to Avenue lounge with Lindsay last night after the Madison Square Garden concert, but did not leave with her.

Lindsay was arrested after a physical altercation with another woman. It's been alleged that the incident may have been incited when another woman began hitting on Max George, a singer in The Wanted. The actress is facing third degree assault charges and has since been released from custody.

Earlier in the night, LiLo was seemingly in good spirits, tweeting, "I love all of my fans and @justinbieber @thewanted fans!!! Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face!! Lots of love."

California prosecutors have officially filed charges against Lindsay Lohan.

The charges, which include willfully resisting, obstructing, or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, supplying false information to a police officer and reckless driving, stem from the car accident Lohan was involved in last June when she crashed her Porsche into the back of a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.

All three charges are misdemeanors, and no court date has been set at this time.

The accident in June occurred when she was on her way to the set of Liz & Dick. According to The Los Angeles Times, Santa Monica prosecutors had been weighing charges against Lohan for weeks after police said they found evidence she lied when she claimed she was not behind the wheel of her Porsche.
