In the shootout between Fred Williamson and Bo Svenson, Svenson is driving his car to get away and the rear window glass is missing. When Svenson gets out to shoot at Williamson, the glass is intact and is then shot out by Williamson. Svenson gets back into the car to get away, the rear window glass is intact. Svenson backs his car toward Williamson, the glass is again missing.
Maud Adams character Chrystal only met Cameron one time during sodas birthday, but in another scene when Maud meets Cameron's mother Nancy she say's "if you want to see Cameron any time before we go it's OK," as if they became best friends already after only meeting that one time.
In the scene where Bo Svenson is asking Phyllis Hyman on what she did all day, and providing her heroin, you can see a reflection of a man with a mustache in the mirror. It is obvious that only Svenson, and Hyman were the only two people who were supposed to be in that scene.
When Fred Williamson puts on his blue shirt, to get ready for his big birthday party, you can see that the shirt was all wrinkled up but yet, Crystal never said anything to Williamson about the shirt. In a later scene Fred puts three pillows under his arm to cover how wrinkled the shirt really was.
When Phyllis Hyman singing in a club the camera pans in on a trumpet player taking a solo. Not only are his fingers not in synch with the music, if you know how an instrument sounds you'll that it's actually a TROMBONE that you hear.
