This movie is decent, but it's weird. I think there were too many characters, it could have been better without so many people and events. A good judge, some bad judges, some gang members, a lover to the good judge, a quack doctor, etc. Several stories weren't needed. Overall, it's alright, but not great.

Wow no reviews for this? It's not that bad at all. Some of the acting is off but also has some good actors like Tyrin who plays Titus was in Menace to society & Ms Karen Black!!!...overall it's more of a Drama/Thriller.
