When Jessica firsts gets attacked at the heating grate, her towel clearly slips down, revealing a breast. But when she gets away, her towel is neatly tied again.
When the police officer is asking about the missing woman, Roger is shown buttoning up his shirt twice in two different shots during the scene.
When Jessica is being attacked in the store room by the Boogen and is holding the door closed with her back against it, the Boogen punches out a lower door panel to grab at her leg.
When Jessica runs to the other side of the room, the Boogen knocks the door in, you'll notice that the punched out panel is on the other side of the door (left vs. right).
Old man Blanchard claims that they've reopened the mine and let the creatures out, but then claims there are tunnels leading to all the houses of the town, thus the creatures wouldn't have needed anyone to reopen it to start attacking people. Also the idea that the miners would have dug tunnels to all the houses is not very believable at all given what a huge and expensive effort that would require with very little or nothing to gain in doing so.
