Successful in robbing a bank of huge sums of cash; criminal don, Shamsher Singh alias Shera refuses to part the loot with his accomplice, Raja and instead try to shoot him which results in the police apprehending both Raja and Shera. The court then sentence both to a long jail term but Shera manages to escape; many attempts by the police to re-arrest Shera proves fertile prompting inspector Ravi Khanna to seek permission from the police commissioner to let Raja out on parole for a period of one week. Inspector Ravi and Inspector Ajay are good friends while going to capture a criminal Shera whose wanted in bank robbery Ajay gets killed.Shera had committed the robbery along with his men Gulshan ,Gangu and Raja.In order to escape from cops Shera shot Raja and left him dying on the road.Raja is tortured in prison by Ravi for Shera's whereabouts. While Shera along with Gangu kidnaps sister of Gulshan as he is missing with looted money.Finally Ravi takes permission from his seniors to release Raja on bail in order to capture Shera.Raja being a womanizer only dreams about women and will Ravi a difficult time.—alex.mjacko@gmail.com

Plainclothes Police Inspector, Ravi, has been assigned the task of apprehending notorious gangster, Shera, who, however, proves to be too elusive for him. Ravi then seeks the assistance of another gangster, who is doing time in prison, by the name of Raja. Ravi goes to meet Raja in prison, and requests his co-operation. Raja readily agrees to assist Ravi in this matter, and he is released from prison, in the custody of Ravi.
