While Paul harangues Dorothy about her upcoming trip to New York while she soaks in the bathtub, her face and hair are alternately wet/dry between shots.

A bloody hand straps a body to the table but, moments later, a wide shot shows the body on the floor, and the table is nowhere to be seen.

Paul is playing pinball at the Playboy Mansion. In the games room, there is a Williams Black Knight, which was released to the general public in November 1980, while Paul and Dorothy died in August that year.

Could it be that Playboy got promotional or pre-release versions.

Towards the end of the film (at the lawyer's last appearance), an overhead boom mic is visible as he talks on the phone, after the line: "Operator, can you check on a number for me?"
