This is a poor, early cut and paste effort from Godfrey Ho, who hadn't quite figured out the formula right at this point. To be honest, about 95% of this film isn't his, as he's just filmed some bricklayers or passers by in some truly awful/hilarious kung fu battle. There's one guy with ginger hair who looks as if he hasn't even heard the word 'kung fu' before and another guy who inexplicably spews milk from his mouth every time he's hit. Sadly, this only amounts to about five minutes of screen time.
The rest involves some confusing plot about two gangs and two brothers, one of which was buddies with a leader of one of the gangs, and it's the usual martial arse type stuff, with gangs fighting each other, cops on their tail, double crossings and a missing woman. The dubbing almost saves it but I found it quite tedious for a Godfrey Ho film. It's no Majestic Thunderbolt. This is the weakest of all the Godfrey Ho film I've seen, and I've seen plenty (which is why I have the IQ of a walnut).
