Two neighboring condo resident families, a downsizing WASP one and a succeeding Latino one, struggle to get along.

A white family, the Kirkridges and a Hispanic family, the Montoyas, move into condominium units next to each other. They have trouble getting along with each other. Things get funnier when the Kirkridges' son falls in love with the Montoyas' daughter, and they decide to have a baby—Anthony Ventarola <theventman@aol.com>
