- The owner of a failing Munich strip club sends his manager to an area of the country considered backwards to recruit new talent for his club.
- Because his Munich strip club is doing so poorly, the grossly obese owner, Ossi Jansen, determines that he needs new talent fresh faces, so to speak. The feisty assistant manager, Lisa, suggests the kind of girls he's looking for can be found in Ostfriesland -- a notoriously backward farming province on the Dutch border that is the butt of many jokes in Germany.
Jansen agrees, and sends the bumbling manager Alois together with Lisa and his toady assistant, Theo, to recruit new talent. Theo's girlfriend Nelly is none too happy about this arrangement, knowing her boyfriend's weakness for the fairer sex, so she takes it upon herself to follow the trio and keep an eye on things.
Their first prospect, a farmer's daughter named Wibke, assumes she's engaged to Alois after he takes her for a test drive, so they're obliged to sneak out of town in the middle of the night.
Next, the trio barges in on a wedding party, where we learn the answer to the old question, "how many Ostfriesen does it take to screw in a light bulb? [The answer is apparently five.] A bevy of lovely party guests are given the hard-sell by Alois while their men-folk are called away to put out a fire, but Lisa manages to scare them off, and once again they leave town empty-handed and out of gas.
Their next prospects are a pair of lusty milkmaids who don't mind sparing a few minutes from their chores for a little 'bumsen'.
Nelly finally catches up with them In the coastal town of Norden, where a friend says he has a quartet of beautiful young girls for the club. The guys are tricked into doing a demonstration strip-tease for the girls, losing their clothes in the process. Then Theo is caught red-handed, attempting to seduce a lovely young Ostfriese who is actually Nelly in disguise. Now, once again on the run [in stolen women's clothes], Theo and Alois are nearly ravished by a couple of guys in a Mercedes until Lisa rescues them in the nick of time.
Never too quick on the uptake, the boys are tricked by a local wag into thinking they can walk back to Munich by way of the harbor breakwater. They head out at low tide, and soon find themselves clinging to a piling as the tide comes in.
Imagine their surprise as they watch Nelly and Lisa sail by with a boatload of Ostfriesen beauties Britt, Daggi, Antje and Helma destined for the club in Munich...
