Hard to criticize a vintage porn feature crammed with so many stars - I guess it wins on brownie points. However, this is lame filmmaking no amount of gussying up will disguise.
It concerns a Gotham pro softball team, managed by Gloria Leonard. With Bobby Astyr as their photographer, they prep for a championship game against the San Francisco Dolls, which struck me as a potential template for a porn competition between the two then-reigning porn capitals of the world.
Unfortunately, the script by the illustrious Armond Weston and timid direction by journeyman Bobby Hollander add up to nothing -sex scenes and merely okay softball stagings. Other than ogling the lineup of pretty girls and nodding in recognition at the lengthy line-up of Adult Hall of Famers in the cast there's little to hold one's attention.
