During the race car scene the background mismatches at least a dozen times with interchanging shots. For instance, Bud Spencer and Terence are supposed to lead the race, but when inter cut with interior car shots from their point of view you can see other vehicles passing them.
When Terence Hill's character reaches into the dolphins reservoir his shirtsleeves change from wet to dry to wet again.
Repeated and or reused shots during the fight scene in the "Green Frog Restauraunt". Watch closely when Terence Hill first fights the two henchmen; you can see the glasses fall of one of the henchmen's face at least three times.
