The events all take place in late March. Still, when the police car crashes, trees with leaves can be seen in the background (indicating late spring or early summer).

Shooting (no pun intended!) the helicopter crash scene at Odenplan went way overtime. In the background of the burning helicopter, the neon signs at the nearby shops can be seen lit in two short sequences following the crash, although this is supposed to happen during daytime.
When Kollberg and Larsson is standing in the doorway to the closed section of the hold hospital, Larsson has a big wound and lots of blood on the right side of his head. Seconds earlier, when he helps 'Kollberg' to get over the railing, you can see his head without any wound or blood.
There's no reason for Beck to disguise himself as a chimney sweep when entering the house, going after the killer. The block is completely sealed off by the police. Why would the killer believe that an ordinary worker set out to do an everyday task has been allowed trough by the police at this precise point? Had he spotted Beck he would most likely have fired at him, no matter how Beck was dressed.
The Police bus that has the front window shot out and then crashes has the same registration number as the bus used to transport the lead characters out of the crowded city square later in the movie.
Despite showing the police van being shot at, its front window is obviously crashed from inside out.
When Beck and Rönn enter Ericsson's room (at his parents' house), you see a shadow of the camera crew on the left wall.
