Gary Gulliver and his dog Tagg are swept to an island named Lilliput after a shipwreck. They find a group of Lilliputians, who are no higher than 6 inches. Armed with only a treasure map, Gulliver and the Lilliputians journey to find the treasure and his father.

Captain Leech traps Gary and the gang inside a cave. While looking for a way out an earthquake suddenly strikes and an opening is made in a wall and they are able to escape. Once outside, they find themselves in a prehistoric valley with hundreds of dinosaurs and Gary spots a young boy being swept down the river, rescues him whereupon the boy runs off. Seeing smoke in the distance the group investigates and become prisoners of a clan of cavemen.

Gulliver and Tagg drink from the Forbidden Pool and become as small as the Lilliputians.

Leech makes a deal with Malagar to put Gary in a deep sleep with a potion so he can steal the map. However, Flirtacia saves him and falls victim to it instead.
