When Victor circles the number 4 on the chart, the number 19 can be seen on the lower torso. When the camera pulls back, a large paper is covering the private parts of the diagram, obscuring the number 19.
When the monster first leaves the castle, it pulls the lock right out of the door. Shortly afterward it is in place again without anybody having the time to do the repair.
Having received a number of bodies from a grave robber Victor starts to examine them but there's no sign of rigormortis in any of them.
When he's putting the body parts together his hands are covered in blood, which would have long since drained away.
When the completed monster is seen there are no stitch marks where his limbs have been joined together.
