Featured review
I had just enlisted in the Army National Guard in Nov. 1963, when the show "Temple Houston" had just gone on the air. When I was in basic training, we didn't see any television for nearly two months, but I contracted measles, 6 weeks into it & was sent to Walson Army Hospital. While I was being checked in, the orderlies were watching t.v., (the first show that I had seen) & it was "Temple Houston"! I only saw a few shows but liked it very much & was sorry that it was not given a fair chance to succeed!
It's ironic that the real Houston died at 45 of a cerebral hemorrhage & Jeffrey Hunter also died about the same age of a similar ailment! I guess Life follows Fiction"
