This thriller deals with a cabaret dancer called Laura Berke (May Heatherly) who leaves his job to marry her boyfriend (Virgilio Texeira) . One day and by night , on her way home , she witnesses a grisly killing and it results in the nasty murderer has seen her and then he goes after her . Since then , her life changes and turns a bad dream , as she is stalked by a weird pursuer who chases here and there .
A decent suspenseful and intriguing movie with a nightmarish pursuit , thrills, chills, tension, nice performances , twists and turns .Thriller with terror elements in which a young girl is stalked , chased , pursued by an allegedly killer , as the beautiful woman starts feeling her life as a nightmare when a strange man is determined to eliminate her at whatever cost . Interesting screenplay with plot twists by expert Antonio Fos who wrote a number of thrillers, terror and suspense movies. This is one of the first thrillers and terror movies made by the prolific Leon Klimovsky who subsequently would make a lot of of horror films and other generes as Spaghetti Western , Wartime , dramas and action . Stars the attractive and recently deceased May Heatherly , an American actress nationalized Spanish who starred some cult horror movies as Virus and Pieces. She is well accompanied by a good cast full of familar faces as Virgilio Texeira, Luis Marin, Rafaela Aparicio, Maria Vico, Paco Moran, Jose Riesgo, Rafael Hernandez, Jorge Rigaud as Police Inspector, uncredited Antonio Ozores, one of them is the murderer, who is the Killer?
The motion picture was well and professionally directed by the Argentine , nationalized Spanish Leon Kilmovsky . He was a good craftsman who made all kind of genres , outstanding in Terror movies. He founded in Argentina the first film club in 1929. Began his film career making short movies . Settled in Spain in the Fifties and became a Spanish citizen . He was a fine director and writer , especially known for his terror film and works for Paul Naschy in La noche de Los walpurgis, La Orgia nocturna de los vampiros , La Saga de los Dracula , la rebelion de las muertas , El Mariscal del Infierno , Doctor Jekill and Wolfman . Making other genres as Spaghetti Combat, such as : Operacion Rommel, The legion of no return , A Ghentar si muere facile, No importa morir and Drama : La paz no empieza nunca , La casa de las Chivas , Marihuana , Salto a la gloria . And , of course , Spaghetti Western , such as : Reverendo Colt , 20.000 dollars for Coyote , A Few dollars for Django, Rattler Kid , Death knows no time, A dollar for Sartana, among others . Rating : 6/10. Acceptable and passable.
