Near the beginning of the movie when Rhubarb is being chased by dogs across the golf course, Rhubarb runs into the bushes a golf ball lying on the ground shifts positions (without being touched) one second before the dogs enter the bushes.
At the end of the opening sequence, when Rhubarb is pursuing the fleeing dog past a shop, the film is clearly reversed - the word "Furniture" over the shop front is mirrored, as is the wording on the mailbox.
In all stadium scenes, the railings are draped with World Series bunting (semicircles of red, white and blue), even during regular-season games.
