Whether Black Forest, Holland or Sweden - there are beautiful women everywhere.
That's what the local film makers from German-speaking countries thought after the phenomenal success of SCHWARZWALDMÄDEL (16 million tickets in West Germany) in 1950. So we went to beautiful Sweden, but this time without Sonja ZIEMANN! Instead, Ingmar-Bergman-Heroine Maj-Britt NILSSON was at the start. At her side: Karlheinz BÖHM. It's about two exchange students who are both courting a beautiful Swedish woman. So nothing new in terms of plot! It's also a shame that the photos are in black and white.
So not a masterpiece, but a cuddly hometown tearjerker!
