West German Heimatfilm with Barbara RÜTTING and Carl MÖHNER

In this film, Barbara RÜTTING (1927-2020), popular film starlet of the Adenauer cinema, can be seen in one of the most famous stories of the HEIMATFILM / local film genre. Her hunky love interest is played by Carl MÖHNER, who was also seen in "DIE LETZTE BRÜCKE / The Last Bridge" (alongside world star and BAFTA AWARD nominee Maria SCHELL) and "Rififi".

Barbara RÜTTING plays a young woman who rebels against her extremely wealthy father's forced marriage. She has to pay a high price for this. Only one young vulture remains in her fight against loneliness. But even after the death of her hated father, "Geierwally" faces further humiliation...
