A bunch of pernicious salamander men from the planet Kulimon in the Moffit Galaxy plan on taking over Earth by unleashing a lethal plague on mankind. It's up to valiant superhero Starman from the Emerald Planet to save the human race before it's too late.—Woodyanders

Airline pilots near Hawaii spot UFOs. They are the Kapia-Seijin, salamander men from the planet Kulimon in the Moffit Galaxy, who plan on taking over Earth by unleashing a lethal plague on mankind. It's up to valiant superhero Starman, sent by the Emerald Planet, to save the human race before it's too late. In the first attack, with added hyper-decibel broadcasts, the city residents evacuate their children to the country. Starman is here at the send-off, giving the scientists' children a crystal ball. It will signal when Dr. Fukami is rescued, or it can be used to summon assistance. The Kulimonians capture three children of the leading scientists as bait to get information about the humans' secret weapon. Starman rescues the children and overcomes the aliens. A second alien attack hits major cities on Earth. Starman, again, tracks them down, catches their ship and destroys it. The Kulimonians retreat to their planet and enlist the services of their super-scientist. They bring him back to alter the Earth's orbit and destroy human civilization. Gravity begins to fail, and everything runs backwards after the direction of global rotation is reversed. Starman appears at a summit conference of helpless leaders, pledging to put an end to the alien invasion. He takes on the Kulimonian super-scientist in a one-on-one battle while the scientists' children report they have accidentally discovered a solution of copper sulfate, when sprayed on the aliens, causes them to dissolve. Earth troops are outfitted with guns that spray this liquid.—Garon Smith
