En route to Reno while riding in house trailer, thieves put on gloves and begin wiping down interior so their fingerprints can't be traced, but in following scenes, before they've reached destination, are no longer wearing gloves and are touching everything.
At one point Ronnie talks about how the archaeologist Schliemann "dug up the ruins of Troy in Greece." Troy was in Asia Minor, in modern Turkey, not in Greece.
Nighttime scenes were filmed using a filter to darken scenes. BUT this technique still leaves the sky light, even bright, when in fact the night sky is always black! Further, detail (both close and distant) is evident, when in fact it would, should fade, disappear, into the shadows and darkness of the background.
The thieves are guilty of conspiracy, assault, and attempted robbery, but the police just send them on their way.
At one point, Ronni, tells Brick that they are not technically robbing the casino as they eventually will give the money back via anonymous tip.
