Two different men exchange punches, each time landing the victim on the ground.

One character has an alcohol problem problem and seems to imbibe moonshine quite frequently; the town doctor later explains he is slowly being weaned off moonshine. One woman gets tipsy after having several glasses of the local moonshine; she wakes up the next day with a hangover.

During the finale, a crowd gets rowdy outside the general store. There is some violence and a shot is fired into the air.
