Goofs

In the new 1954 footage, Doc Barker is killed. When Nell returns from the basement to sing, Barker is briefly seen at a table, alive. This footage was lifted from the original 1947 short, "Out West."

Christine McIntyre leaves on a wagon with the 2 other girls after the stooges get them out of jail. Short time later she is in the saloon. Then towards the end of the episode she is in the wagon again with the 2 other girls.

After Moe and Larry spike all of the drinks with large doses of various alcoholic beverages Moe bumps into an old timer which then confuses Moe as to which mug has no alcohol in it. Moe could have simply taken a sip from each mug until he found the one without alot of alcohol in it to give to Shemp at the card table (or simply smell each drink, since the mickey'd ones also contained paint remover and paint).
