Trivia
The same robot was used by Sylvester hunting Speedy Gonzales in a 1964 cartoon, Nuts and Volts. The scene where the lower half of its body fell apart and parts fell out of its sockets like a person accidentally dropping its pants was also reused.

Goofs
When Bugs is being chased by the robot and says, "I see this cigarette machine's gonna cause me no end of trouble," his mouth is clearly not moving.

One of the better Bugs Bunny/Elmer Fudd cartoons

This is one of the better Bugs Bunny/Elmer Fudd cartoons. It's so funny! Elmer Fudd is a farmer who hates Bugs Bunny. He invents a Robot to get rid of the pesty rabbit, but after numerous well-conceived disasters, it fails. It is directed by Friz Freleng, not Chuck Jones, but it is enjoyable nonetheless.
