In 1960, for tax reasons, Goodson-Todman sold the rights to "I've Got A Secret" to Telecast Enterprises, a company co-owned by show host Garry Moore and CBS. A year earlier, in a similar deal, Goodson-Todman sold the rights to "What's My Line?" to CBS.
