Post-WWII viewers on the East Coast got their first look at it in New York City Friday 28 May 1948 on WATV (Channel 13), in Washington DC Friday 6 August 1948 on WTTG (Channel 5) and in Philadelphia Monday 12 December 1949 on Frontier Playhouse on WPTZ (Channel 3), and on the West Coast in Los Angeles Sunday 17 September 1950 on KTLA (Channel 5).
