In the beginning, in the doctor's office after the accident, Nora says "I see you're married," but Dr. Talbot isn't wearing a wedding ring and at no point in the film does he wear one.
As Prentiss and Dr. Merriam drive across the Bay Bridge, in the background, scenes of the city are seen on both sides of them,
which is physically impossible; in fact, the city is behind them.
