After Frances is seated in the witness box, the position of her empty wheelchair in the courtroom changes position between shots.
After the collision, the truck stops straight ahead on the road. But, in the next shot of it when Dr. Kildare and Mary arrive on the scene, the truck has turned 90 degrees and is across the road sideways.
The truck involved in the crash has a beam protruding in front of it and two cables running underneath to another beam hanging down underneath the truck which appears to be some sort of stunt device to lessen the impact with the car and help lift it and roll it over on its side.
