After Frances is seated in the witness box, the position of her empty wheelchair in the courtroom changes position between shots.
After the collision, the truck stops straight ahead on the road. But, in the next shot of it when Dr. Kildare and Mary arrive on the scene, the truck has turned 90 degrees and is across the road sideways.
The truck involved in the crash has a beam protruding in front of it and two cables running underneath to another beam hanging down underneath the truck which appears to be some sort of stunt device to lessen the impact with the car and help lift it and roll it over on its side.
Witnesses to be called in a trial are generally not allowed to be in the courtroom to witness the proceedings before being called to the stand to testify.
Just before Frances is wheeled into the courtroom, Mr. Reynolds appears to say something to the judge - his lips are moving - but no words are heard.
There is a moving shadow of the boom microphone arm on the wall as Dr. Kildare is turned away from the trucking company entrance.
