The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934), like all of Hitchcock's British films, is copyrighted worldwide. For more information, search for "Alfred Hitchcock: Dial C for Copyright".
The Criterion version is the only version you should own. Released in 2013, it has been fully restored with an uncompressed mono soundtrack. Special features include a new full audio commentary featuring film historian Philip Kemp, a new interview with Guillermo del Toro, an extensive interview with Hitchcock by journalist Pia Lindstrom and film historian William K. Everson (1972), audio excerpts from François Truffaut's interviews with Hitchcock (1962), and a restoration demonstration from Criterion.
