The 24 year old Harold Lloyd appears as a mechanic in this film. I half believe it because he was a mechanic in a previous one-reeler.
Watching Lonesome Luke demonstrates to me how talented Charlie Chaplin is in terms of character and silent comedy. Harold Lloyd pales into insignificance up until this point.
