This OVA is one of the earliest instances of digital animation cel coloring in Japan, something that would not become standard until the early 2000's.

Animation error: The hostage scene early in the video is completely devoid of the necessary "inbetweens", drawings that make up the frames between the key-frame drawings, resulting in a slideshow-like appearance.
