I had a preconceived notion that this show was going to be super annoying, trashy, and filled with sanctimonious money hungry wh*res complaining about how much they wanted the new Birkin bag, BUT I WAS WRONG.
It's oddly intriguing and charming, especially the couple with the largest age gap (the couple that I initially judged the hardest). At age 21, Bri's maturity is light years ahead of her age and do I dare say, ahead of her significant other's (age 60). She is humble, articulate, intiutive, and emotionally intelligent. She values her family and has good morals. Overall, she is a classy, poised woman and she just has a good head on her shoulders.
Sure, I have my suspicions and doubts about one or two couples, and from that aspect, it's like watching a car wreck. I can't wait to see if it all comes crashing down. The show has all of the aspects that make up a good reality show. There's the audacity and shock value mixed with glimmers of hope and benevolence sprinkled with innate unpredictability.
To make it easy, I described the couples in season 1 and I broke it down like this:
