The life and unlikely career of New England Patriots wide receiver and Super Bowl Liii Mvp Julian Edelman is the subject of a new Showtime sports documentary film, the network announced Monday.
Titled “100% Julian Edelman, it is narrated by actor Michael Rapaport and features original conversations with Mark Wahlberg Snoop Dogg, Tom Brady, Michael Strahan and Deion Sanders. The film will premiere on Showtime on Friday, June 28 at 9 p.m.
“100%” follows Edelman’s underdog journey from being an undersized college quarterback who was drafted with the 232nd round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, to becoming one of the most productive receivers in post-season history.

The three-time Super Bowl champion’s career was stalled during a preseason game in 2017 when he tore his Acl and was placed on injured reserve for the entire season.
