At about 1h 5m, the marine is wearing an experimental Faraday suit. This is described as blocking all electromagnetic radiation. The marine uses his radio inside the suit, when this would be blocked.

This movie is so bad that I felt it as my citizen duty to warn others

I watched the movie to the half way when I realized how badly I was wasting my life in watching this. Netflix should have a rating warning when they try to push movies like this to their customers. Shame on you Netflix. This is not even a joke. This like some bad alcohol, you don't even enjoy it while consuming, but still you get the really bad hangover next day. Don't even think to watch it.
