Two kids, Ha-Ri Koo and, her little brother, Doo-ri, move into the Shinbi Apartments, where they encounter Shinbi, a 102-year-old goblin. Eating the Goblin taffy, and soon, the two start seeing ghosts (and not the kind like in Yo-Kai Watch). Now Ha-Ri and Doo-Ri are helping Shinbi keep the ghosts at bay
Yeah, this cartoon, made in Korea, is basically a rip-off of Yo-Kai Watch, as Shinbi is the mentor and helper to the two, like how Whisper is to Nate, and the Ghost Ball is basically a device to summon ghosts, just like the Yo-Kai Watch. However, it's not a total rip-off. Other than Shinbi, the ghosts Ha-Ri and Doo-Ri help and befriends are not cute and mostly animal-like. They are more like the monsters you expect from magical girl and even more violent horror anime. This would make it scary for younger kids, but I suggest parents watch and decide if it's okay for them, as it does have some good stories.
